Ancient Mineral Bath Flakes 750g

BENEFITS: Great for soaking muscles and joints Soothes and nourishes skin Effective for stress relief and relaxation Full-body immersion for intense application Great for sensitive skin and the ideal application for children

INGREDIENTS: Genuine Zechstein magnesium chloride flakes (and trace minerals) Approximately 15g elemental magnesium per cup

HOW TO USE: Dissolve 1-3 cups of magnesium flakes into a warm foot bath or full tub bath and soak for 30 minutes or more. Dissolve up to 8 lbs of magnesium flakes in a full tub bath for intense applications. Temperature of the water should be warm, but not hot. Hot water causes the skin to eliminate rather than absorb. Following the bath, rinse skin with cool running water, then pat skin dry with a towel and apply a natural moisturizer.
