Delivery information
Delivery, made clear.
We’re happy to bring your favourites to your door. Delivery costs depend on the weight of your order, and you’ll see the charge before you pay.
How shipping costs work
We calculate delivery using the estimated packed weight of your order, including an allowance for protective packaging. The available delivery option and price are shown at checkout.
| Packed order weight | Delivery cost |
|---|---|
| Up to 1 kg | $12.50 |
| Over 1 kg, up to 2 kg | $16.50 |
| Over 2 kg, up to 3 kg | $20.50 |
| Over 3 kg | $25.00 |
Delivery costs include GST.
Orders over 5 kg are not available for delivery.
What can be delivered?
Most eligible products can be shipped within Australia. Some items, such as particularly heavy or collection-only products, may not be available for delivery. If that’s the case, we’ll show your available options in the basket and at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping service used. The delivery charge is shown before you pay.
Prefer to pick up?
Free Click & Collect is available from our Bundaberg store. It can be the easiest option if you’re nearby.
