We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, prices and availability, but product details and stock can change. Please check individual labels and directions. Information on this site is general and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Nothing on this website is a promise that a product will cure, treat or prevent a condition.

Ordering and payment

Prices and the payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. At the moment you can pay with Square. The methods shown at checkout are the ones that apply to your order. After you place an order, the checkout system sends a confirmation to the email address you entered. That confirmation means we have received the order. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you about a refund or another option. These terms do not remove rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Click & Collect and delivery

Select an eligible fulfilment method at checkout. Collection and delivery availability, charges and any restrictions are shown before you pay. Read our Click & Collect guide and delivery information. Collection timing shown on the site is an estimate during store opening hours, not a guaranteed collection time.

Restricted or prescription products

Some items may need supporting documentation or have special fulfilment requirements. When checkout asks for a document, send it through that secure upload. Don’t send prescriptions through the general contact form.

Returns and your rights

Nothing in these terms removes rights available under the Australian Consumer Law. Please read our returns and refunds policy if there’s a problem with an order.
