Returns and refunds
Last updated: 27 October 2026
Sometimes things don’t go to plan. If something isn’t right with your order, please get in touch so we can help.
Your rights come first
You’re entitled to the rights and remedies provided by the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, unsafe, not as described or otherwise doesn’t meet a consumer guarantee, we’ll work with you on an appropriate remedy. These rights apply alongside anything else on this page. We won’t ask you to give them up.
How to get help with an order
- 1
Get in touch
Use our contact form and select Returns & refunds, or call (07) 4151 5187.
- 2
Tell us what happened
Include your order number and a short description. If something arrived damaged, photographs can help us understand the issue. You don’t have to send a photo to ask for help.
- 3
We’ll explain the next steps
We’ll review the issue and let you know whether the item should be returned, assessed or handled another way.
Changed your mind?
The Australian Consumer Law does not generally require a refund simply because you change your mind. If you want to ask about a change-of-mind return, contact us and we’ll tell you what we can do. Any help we offer is in addition to your statutory rights, not instead of them.
Click & Collect orders
If you collected your purchase from our Bundaberg store and need help, please call or contact us before making a special trip. We’ll explain the best next step.
Damaged or incorrect deliveries
Please let us know as soon as you notice a problem. We’ll help look into it and explain the remedy available to you.
Refund timing
Where a refund is the right remedy, we return the payment to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show it on your account.
