Description
A sultana is a dried seedless grape. They are lighter in colour, softer, juicier and sweeter than other raisins.
Naturally low in fat and cholesterol and rich in natural fruit sugars, sultanas are high in fibre and an excellent source of potassium, iron, thiamine and health promoting polyphenol antioxidants.
Eat as a snack alone or in a trail mix for added energy.
Add to your favourite muesli, cakes and muffins, or toss in a salad other meal. Ideal in curries and stuffing.
