About Himalayan Salt Lamps: Himalayan Salt Lamps work like air purifiers, removing bacteria, dust, allergens, smoke, odors, and mold spores from the air. When the Salt Lamp is heated by the low wattage bulb, it releases negative ions into the air, which bind with the positive ions (dust, allergens, etc.) and bring them down to the ground, leaving the air fresh and pure. Salt Lamps help you breathe easy and sleep better! They are known to provide relief of asthma, allergies, migraines, sinus congestion, and snoring. In addition to their purifying effects, Salt Lamps are a beautiful addition to any room. Their soothing glow creates a tranquil environment.

It is best to start with one in the bedroom, adding more to your environment as your budget allows. We recommend leaving them on 24/7, as it takes time for the lamp to warm and create ions.
