ORAL USE
Each teabag contains Sage Leaf Dry granules (Salvia officinalis) 2.5 g
Indications:
Sage has been traditionally used in western herbal medicine to relieve:
• symptoms of indigestion
• symptoms of sore throat and mild tonsillitis
• digestive discomfort and flatulence
• mild throat inflammation
• hoarseness of voice
• excessive perspiration.
Directions for use:
Infuse 1 teabag (2.5 g) in 250 mL (one cup) of boiling water, steep for 10-15 minutes before removing teabag. Adults – drink 3 cups daily. There are no restrictions on duration of use.
TOPICAL USE
Active ingredient: Each 100 mL preparation contains 1 teabag of Sage Leaf Dry granules (Salvia officinalis) 2.5 g

Directions for use:
Infuse 1 teabag (2.5 g) in 100 mL of boiling water for 10-15 minutes before removing the teabag. Adults – gargle the warm solution 3 times daily. There are no restrictions on duration of use. WARNINGS Always read the label. Follow the directions for use. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Not recommended during pregnancy and lactation.
