The Jilungin works in synergy with passionflower, magnesium, L-Theanine & prebiotics to assist in reducing restlessness and encourage restorative, deep sleep. Green Banana Starch, L-Glutamine, Jilungin, Natural Flavour, Inulin (chicory root fibre), Glycine, Hibiscus Powder, Freeze Dried Raspberry Powder, Purple Cabbage, Sprouted Fermented Greens, Magnesium Citrate, Qaundong, L-Theanine, Passionflower Powder, Lemon Balm Extract, Magnolia Powder, Vitamin B6, Steviol Glycoside Shake or stir 6g (1 scoop) into 200ml of water, chilled tea, smoothie or milk 30 minutes before bed.
