The Olive Oil has a light herbaceous flavour, with a striking lemony flavour and mild pepperiness. Australian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lemon Myrtle, Pepperberry Lemon Myrtle is harvested by small farmers in Lismore, NSW. Pepperberries are wild-harvested in Tasmania.
Our olive oil is perfect drizzled over salads, pasta, vegetables or used in marinades.
Due to the intense lemony flavour, we recommend using normal olive oil at a ratio of 1-part Roogenic Olive Oil to 3-parts regular olive oil.
