Directions for Use

Take once capsule first thing in the morning with food and with 250ml-500ml of water. Take another capsule with lunch or before training (at least 3 hours apart) no later than 5pm or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. 

Warnings Adults only. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

Contains 100mg caffeine per capsule. A cup on instant coffee contains approx. 80mg of caffeine. Caffeine interacts with the liver enzyme CYP1A2. Consult your health professional before taking with other medicines.

 Limit the use on caffeine-containing products including tea and coffee when taking this product.

Caffeine intake more than 200mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
