Orthoplex White Heme Synergy contains highly absorbable iron bisglycinate with a cofactor blend to support the entire process of red blood cell production and haemoglobin synthesis, while also helping to maintain energy levels. Carefully developed in a vegan-friendly, ultra-low excipient formula, Heme Synergy contains a full activated B complex along with vitamins A and C.

Ingredients: Each capsule contains Iron (as Iron (II) glycinate) 24mg Calcium ascorbate dihydrate 121.7mg equiv. Ascorbic acid 100mg Retinol acetate 0.88mg equiv. Vitamin A (2500IU) 750mcg Retinol Equivalents Thiamine hydrochloride 5mg equiv. Thiamine 3.93mg Riboflavin sodium phosphate 10.39mg Nicotinamide 20mg Calcium pantothenate 10mg equiv. Pantothenic acid 9.2mg Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate 5mg equiv. Pyridoxine 3.19mg Biotin 100mcg 

Dosage: Adult Dose: Take 1 capsule daily or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.

Warning When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.

The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.
