How many calories, carbohydrates and sugars does it contain? 44Kj (10 calories) per 6g serve 2.2g of Carbohydrates per 6g serve 0.2g of sugar per 6g serve Carbohydrates and sugars come naturally from the herbs. There are no added sugars.
Can I take it with a probiotic? Gut relief can most certainly be taken with a probiotic. Prebiotics (as found within gut relief) are foods that promote the growth of beneficial gut bacteria such as probiotics. Together they provide, dual action support to the health of your gut microbiome.
When is the best time of day & frequency to take Gut Relief? Gut Relief is recommended to be taken one daily before a meal, usually either before breakfast or in the evening before dinner.
However it can also be taken after a meal if desired, and more often if advised by your health care professional.
Does it contain FODMAPS? FODMAPS is more related to ‘foods’ rather than ‘supplements’. Supplemental ingredients are not usually tested for FODMAPS. However, processing usually reduces the levels of FODMAPs significantly. Negligible amounts of Fructans may be present from the natural mango/orange flavour. Individual FODMAP intolerance varies from person to person.
