Ingredients 100% Organic Ceremonial Grade Cacao (Criollo). May contain traces of nuts.

Directions for Use 1 cup of water (the traditional way to consume) or milk of choice. 1-2 chunks of Ceremonial Grade Cacao (20-40g) or chop to your desired serving size.

Heat over the stove on a low heat and blend with handheld milk frother to eliminate separation.
