Herbs of Gold Saffron Mood Balance contains a unique blend of high-quality Saffron plus Lemon balm to support general mental wellbeing. Indications Saffron Mood Balance contains Affron®, a patented and clinically studied* Saffron extract that supports healthy mood balance and helps maintain emotional wellbeing.

Saffron relieves symptoms of mild anxiety and premenstrual tension. Saffron increases sleep quality and refreshing sleep. Saffron Mood Balance contains Lemon balm, a herb traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as a calmative to relieve irritability and nervous tension. Lemon balm is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve symptoms of indigestion and relieve abdominal bloating.

Saffron Mood Balance can be used to help support emotional wellbeing and healthy mood balance in teenagers 12 years and over.

Ingredients Each capsule contains: Crocus sativus (Saffron) stigma extract (from Affron® 15mg) 13.5mg derived from dry stigma 45mg Melissa officinalis (Lemon balm) herb extract 30mg derived from dry herb 1.5g 

Does not contain egg, milk, peanut, corn, soy, tree nuts, animal products, gluten, lactose or artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
