Bananas are grown up and down the Queensland coast and as far south as the New South Wales northern coast. Bananas are also available all year round and are a great fresh product. Therefore it is very easy to source great bananas anywhere in the Queensland coast so we can continue to make Dried Chocolate Banana year-round.
