These sachets are like T-bags. Place sachet in your drink bottle and fill with tap, tank or filtered water. We recommend water produced with our Eko Filter sticks. Shake your water for 10 to 20 seconds and then wait 5 to 10 minutes before using it. Take sips throughout the day and once the bottle is empty refill two more times. The crystals start to work on reducing your acid levels as soon as you have taken a drink of your water. Always leave the sachet in the water bottle.
