Soy Lecithin has many health benefits. It adds creaminess to recipes and is a source of choline, which helps dissolve fat and cholesterol and can help regulate your kidney, liver and gall bladder function. 

Sprinkle on your cereal, add to your baked goods to improve the dough or add to your mayoaise or aoili recipes to help stabilise the mix.
