Owens Sinus Complex

Description

The Sinus Complex is a combination of homoeopathic remedies that may help the body recover from the symptoms of sinus congestion, inflammation and/or pain.

The complex includes the following remedies: Belladonna 6x, Hepar Sulph 6c, Kali Bic 6c, Pulsatilla 6c and Silica 6c. If there is no change after several doses then consult your homoeopathic prescribing book to select a more suitable remedy.

A herbal complex Echinacea with Vitamins ACE and Zinc is an excellent immune stimulant. For children it is better to use a Children’s Multi-vitamin and Echinacea Herbal Liquid. Increasing the uptake of Vitamin C will accelerate the process and help with resolution.

Dairy and grain intake may also need to be monitored as these can bring on the type of allergic reaction that leads to sinus congestion and later infection. Refer to our Colds, flu, winter ills factsheet.
