Rhodiola rosea (Arctic root) extract dry concentrate 200mg equivalent to dry root 800mg

Withania somnifera (Ashwaghanda) extract dry concentrate 125mg equivalent to dry root 1.5g (1500mg)

Centella asiatica (Gotu Kola) extract dry concentrate 125mg equivalent to herb top 500mg

DOSAGE Adults: Best taken as 1 capsule with breakfast and 1 capsule with lunch, or as professionally prescribed
