Taurine is an organic free amino acid found in high concentrations in the tissues of the heart, skeletal muscle and central nervous system of healthy individuals. Animal protein is an excellent source of Taurine however it is not generally found in vegetable protein, making this an ideal supplement for vegetarians.

SERVING SUGGESTION: ¼ to ½ teaspoon can be added to food, vegetable or juice drinks. For specific conditions please consult your healthcare professional. Some of the powders are slightly hygrospoic (retain moisture) and this can result in clumping. This can be broken apart with a spoon before taking or dissolved in water.
