Face Mask: Mix one level tablespoon of clay with one to two teaspoons of filtered water to a smooth creamy paste. Apply a thin layer to the skin and remove after 5 – 20 minutes with a damp cloth.

Bath Soak: Add 3 – 4 tablespoons of white clay to a bath to relax the body, ease muscle tension and cleanse the pores of the skin. Adding more clay to the bath will give stronger results.
