In TCM, Cockleburr Fruit (Xanthium) and Magnolia flower are known to dispel wind (heat or cold) and unblock the nasal/sinus passages, while Fishwort (Houttunynia) is considered helpful to reduce inflammation, swelling, blockage and discharge, Angelica helps clear congestion and Wild Mint clears the eyes and head.
