HOW IT WORKS Astragalus: traditionally used to improve immune defences in Chinese medicine Fusion Astra 8 features astragalus, a highly valued and important immune tonic in traditional Chinese medicine, where it’s used to improve the natural immune defences of the body, enhancing immunity. In Western herbal medicine, astragalus is traditionally taken to stimulate the body’s immune system responses while at the same time supporting the immune system to fight illness.

Astragalus also decreases the occurrence of common colds, based on its traditional use in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).

In Chinese medicine, reishi mushroom is also traditionally known for its ability to promote immune system health. In addition, reishi mushroom relieves fatigue and general feelings of weakness, according to use in traditional Chinese medicine.

HOW TO USE Recommended dosage: Adults: Take 2 tablets once a day or as professionally prescribed. Take 2 tablets two times a day to relieve fatigue, support defensive qi and strengthen lung qi, based on traditional use in Chinese medicine.
