Serving Suggestion
1 teaspoon per day (Maximum 2)
Half a teaspoon on rising and half before bed. First-time users start with 1/8th of a teaspoon and gradually increase. As Probiotic Foods for Kids is a food it can be eaten directly from the spoon, added to a smoothie, your favourite recipes, or sprinkled directly on food.
Toddlers start with a sprinkle of probiotics on their food and gradually increase.
