 Usage Directions:

Adult: 10ml (2 metric teaspoons) 1 to 3 times daily before meals. Children (under 12 years): 5ml (1 metric teaspoon) 1 to 2 times daily before meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Shake well before using.
