Recommended Daily dosage: Start up Dosage (First 8-12 weeks): 5mL-10mL daily For advanced and long standing conditions: 10mL – 15mL daily
Maintenance Dosage and general health: 2.5mL – 5mL daily 5mL = 1 teaspoon Like most natural products, the Emu Spirit range will need time to take effect.
