HOW DO I USE THIS PRODUCT? The recommended serving is as follows: Mix 10g (2 teaspoon-TBC) of Restore with 400-700ml of water, shake until dissolved then consume. Take two servings per day or as directed by your health-care professional. However, if you find the flavour too strong or too weak, we recommend adding or subtracting water until you find your perfect taste.

IS IT SAFE FOR CHILDREN? Due to Restore’s classification under FSANZ as a ‘Formulated Supplementary Sports Food’, we must release a disclosure statement that this product is not suitable for children under the age of 15. However, if your children are currently enjoying other sports hydration drinks, and as a parent you are comfortable with them consuming these beverages, then Restore is an excellent, and natural alternative.
