Medium Rye Sourdough is an old European artisan bread baked just the way it was years ago. Made with certified organic Rye and Wheat. This bread is exceedingly nutritious and healthy. Rye lowers insulin response, improves blood glucose profiles and satisfies your hunger longer than wheat. Compared to conventional wheat, Medium Rye is richer in protein, phosphorus, iron and potassium. The grain is high in lysine, low in gluten and very low in saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium. It is also a good source of zinc, copper and selenium. Medium Rye is an excellent source of dietary fibre and manganese.
